Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled within our system. For items returns, please get in touch via our contact page.
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product, please get in touch via our contact page or by emailing info@mymonob.com
Mono B does not cover the cost of return shipping.

What are the shipping costs for orders?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. We typically ship using FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Mono B ships to the United States and Canada.
What carrier ships your products
All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via FedEx.
Where and how do you ship internationally?
We provide International shipping to Canada. All International sales are final.

Can I use more than one discount code for my order?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
